Default Which is faster? stock e36 M3 or DASC 318ti?

In a straight line, which would be faster? The stock e36 m3 or DASC 318ti? My brother says that his m3 would definitely beat a DASC 318ti from 0-60. Which would win on the track assuming suspension/wheel/brake upgrades on the 318ti? Has anyone ever compared the 2 cars? I'm just curious.
