Does anybody have a part number for a leather or "leatherette" shift boot? I have been looking all over online for one and can't seem to find one. The only option I've seen is the 'Wheelskins" line of boot replacement. Thanks! I'm not aware of anyone making the chrome ring trim. __________________ Dave | | | 01-26-2004, 11:50 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Saint Paul, MN Posts: 3,244 | There was a posting on the yahoo group. If you want black, I think he has one for $5 listed. Check here: http://webpages.charter.net/brookharmon/BMWparts.htm For trim rings, check here. They're British so it may take a while. I think the Z3 shift ring will work on the ti but check first. Lots of chrome parts under the e36 section: http://www.motormec.co.uk/z3acc.html And I ordered a shift knob and boot from this place, came in black, excellent quality, took weeks from Belgium. They have trim rings: http://www.nikis-place.com | | | 01-27-2004, 12:15 AM | #6 | Moderator Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Bouncing off the rev limiter in CT! You can also get chrome lock buttons, window switches (I think) and gage surrounds to finish out the look... | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | Similar Threads | Thread | Thread Starter | Forum | Replies | Last Post | Auto-X Results 2006 Season | PurpleTurtle | Track, Auto-X & Drag Racing | 3 | 01-07-2007 03:56 AM | Some auto-x pictures. | AlaskaBlue | Track, Auto-X & Drag Racing | 10 | 06-02-2006 01:59 AM | Auto-X looks fun | robcarync | Track, Auto-X & Drag Racing | 51 | 05-30-2006 04:50 PM | Auto-X in VA | USMC318ti | Track, Auto-X & Drag Racing | 12 | 03-31-2006 07:14 PM | ASC for Auto-X? | PeteN95 | Track, Auto-X & Drag Racing | 10 | 03-14-2006 12:22 AM | |
