I emailed him and erged him to keep his stuff. That type of treasure trove takes a lifetime to collect and shouldn't be split up. I'd assume he owns or has owned an M1. Normally i wouldn't feel sorry for someone with an M1, but something happened to this guy, something really big.

I might buy the Cartier lapel pin and I'm really tempted to offer a few grand for the wheels(The value of those to an M1 owner would be priceless), but honestly I feel horrible breaking up the collection.
Those wheels would be the "Baller-est" wheels EVER! I mean they could instantly turn the crappiest BMW into a masterpiece. Imagine a 318ti with Campagnolo M1 wheels, OMFG! They would be for car shows only and I wouldn't even mount them until I got to the show as to not drive on them.
