Figured I'd toss up some pics, since it's not a commonly seen part. Oh, and I'll be getting a front plate delete strip sometime soon, thank god. __________________ -Kenny | | | 01-16-2007, 05:00 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Central NJ Posts: 2,440 | Wow, your front plate area looks way different than mine. Mine looks like it's designed for the Euro plate with american holes drilled. Weird. Take a look: | | | 01-16-2007, 06:53 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Thousand Oaks, California Posts: 343 | Damn that looks good, hows does it install, does it just attach to the bottom or does it replace the bottom part under the fog lights? Oh and how much did it cost, total? pnosker, you have the euro plate holder on there. __________________ 1993 325is Hellrot Tribute to: 97 318ti Montreal Blue R.I.P 96 318ti Schwartz II | | | 01-16-2007, 07:56 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Melbourne, Fl/Athens, AL Posts: 393 | It pops on to the bumper, covering the area below the fog light. There's a section that slots into where the grill is, and it also extends into the wheelwells. It's glued to the bumper, and a little "just-in-case" support is added by a few screws in the wheelwell. If I remember correctly, the lip cost me somewhere between 200 and 250 dollars, and it was an extra 100 on top of that to get it installed and painted. Edit-According to Paypal, the lip cost me $235. __________________ -Kenny | | | 01-16-2007, 03:34 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: Florida Posts: 1,595 | That's a really nice lip, looks good installed.... Do you plan on putting a new suspension set up on the car. | | | 01-16-2007, 05:03 PM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2006 Location: Memphis, Tn Posts: 1,299 | How did you get your taillights to be all red??? I can write up a DIY, if there's any interest in it. madfronter, suspension will come once I manage to get some source of income; being 17 kills me in the local job market. The wheelgap is exaggerated in those pictures due to the incline of my driveway, but it is pretty high with the stock setup. Mallard, barring any inexpensive DIY mods that I may come up with, suspension or exhaust are the likely candidates for the next mod. If I could find a hartge spoiler, though, that'd move to the top of my list. (I want one, badly.) Edit - ATF, the lip cost me $235, plus another 100 for paint and installation. __________________ -Kenny | | | 01-16-2007, 06:59 PM | #13 | Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: D.C.
