Default shifter hits driveshaft

put a 325 lever into mine for the swap. When i install the driveshaft it won't shift into R, 1 or 2, the selector rod hits the driveshaft.

do i need to bend the shift lever?

Just curious if the rod you put in has a bend at all? I can get you a good picture of a factory bent 318 rod if you need it.
