Default Car won't start code says all 4 fuel injectors

I tried to start my car this morning, but it wouldn't start. It can crank but doesn't turn over. All the fuses are fine, I recently cleaned my ICV with break cleaner but it ran fine the day before and I made sure it was dry. My car is throws the code P0201, P0202, P0203, and P0204. Pretty much all the fuel injectors have an open circuit or is faulty. Where can I look to find the open circuit. Maybe it might not be the fuel injectors. Car is a 1997 318ti.

Please help, I'm driving a 1988 Honda Civic DX.

Update: Problem solved. I admit it was kind of my fault the other day I was also removing the fuel injector connections while the car was running to see if there was idle changes (I suspected a clogged fuel injector). I think that caused too much current and it blew one of the fuses. This morning I made sure they were all secure and changed the blown fuse. Car runs fine now
