Default 95 base and motor swap parts for sale

First of all, it's been a long time since I was involved with the site, but my excuse has to be marriage, grad school, and the new kid. The car hasn't gotten anything but regular maintenance attention for a while either. I was originally going to do a M50 swap on this car but never got around to doing the swap. I'm just trying to feel out the price I should ask on the car, or maybe there is a ti lover here looking for a relatively low mileage OBD 1 car, or motor swap parts. My wife is pushing me to sale since I haven't worked on it in so long, and I barely drive it. I guess we'll be buying a Prius (after the 4 month wait list).

Anyways,
I have a 95 base ti with 108,500 miles on it. Here are the modifications I have made over the years.

Koni Sport Adjustable shocks
H&R Race Springs
BMW X-brace
Racing Dynamics M Coupe sway bars
Korman offset control arm bushings
Bavarian Autosport drilled rotors and Pagid pads
Korman stainless brake lines
Milli Miglia 17" wheels and Continetal rubber
Bavarian Autosport chip
MOMO shift know and pedals
Alpine CD player, Sony peakers

The car is in decent enough shape, but I wouldn't call it excellent. The body is in good shape, just a couple small dings. The windshield has a large crack. The headliner has fallen down. The seats don't look great (stained) and the driver side has a small tear. I recently had the driver's side window fixed (infamous ti thing you all know about), but I think it now needs a new relay because the window only goes up two inches per push. I think that's all the bad stuff. I plan on getting the windshield fixed prior to sale, but there aren't any interior shops locally that I'm aware of to fix the headliner. I was thinking of $3500 as a starting point, with room to negotiate.

Motor Swap Parts:

I have had these parts for a while, and never got around to installing them:

1994 M50 motor with all accessories (wiring harness, computer, PS, AC...) with 90,000 miles including a stock flywheel.
New Sachs clutch kit.
New radiator.
1997 M3 exhaust: headers to muffler.
Guage cluster for 325.

Motor was last run about 3 years ago. Parts could be sold together or individually.

Thanks for the guidance or interest. Oh yeah, I made her promise I could have a 135 after the Prius is paid off!
