It should. You probably have a bad high speed relay. There's a circuit inside the relay that gets stuck open and doesn't allow the low speed relay to kick on. In other words, High Speed= A/C Low Speed= temp switch. The temp switch is a different part than the high speed relay. But people often replace the temp switch thinking it's the problem when in fact it's not. I'd replace the high speed relay before the temp switch. Last edited by cooljess76; 07-01-2012 at 05:37 AM. |
