Exclamation LOOKING FOR M44 TURBO!!! Please help! =)

Hello all! Im Manny and ive recently purchased a 1996 318ti (manual) with the stock M44 engine! (lame) So that being said i would like to upgrade it! Please send any info on where i can buy a Mosselman M44 Turbo or another of its type that may be compatible =)......... Thank you and have a great day please send info of any better suggestions on turbos i might want to use =)

There's plenty of info about turbo's here. You just need to SEARCH for it. :-) However, if you're looking for a simple bolt-on turbo kit (similar to the DASC) for the M42/M44, you're going to be disappointed.

OBX manifold off ebay $450. Garrett BB turbo quick spool from Nick G at Technique Tuning $1,200. Nick can also do the turbo Map on your BMW DME. Piping will need to be fabricated so make friends with someone that is good with a tig welder. Use stock intake manifold. OBX exhaust manifold had wastegate connection, I think.

I think Wallmart was blowing them out for cheap. Make sure you get one with a "Turbo Boost" button.
