Default Control arm bushings

Just want to make sure i am thinking correctly.

E30 M3 CAB's bushings are solid and offset
E36 M3 (from a 3.0L car, 1995) CAB's are offset and solid
E36 M3 (from a 3.2L car, 1998) CAB's are centered and mostly solid

Basically, I am wondering what the difference is between all these. Namely, what is the difference between E30 M3 and 3.0L E36 M3 bushings, both offset and solid I think? I'm looking for a more durable replacement for my stock CAB's. I'd like them to be solid and centered so I think 98 M3 bushings are the best option. Unless someone has some helpful advice about why I would want something else...

If your car is lowered, get the offset bushings. Otherwise just get the centered solid bushings. I think you need e30 control arms to use the e30 cabs. Just stick with the e36 stuff, it will fit.

So I assume my infor above is correct... Which means that late e36 M3 bushings are the ones I want: part number 31129069035, is this correct?
