Default Oil In Cylinder #2...

Lately i've noticed my ti has been down on power. I have had to give it more gas then usual just to get it up to speed and can't just give it partial throttle to cruise. I decided to do a compression check since I read you should do it after you over heat your engine, as mine overheated after breaking the waterpump belt. I knew things weren't good when I pulled the plug wires and there was oil at the end of #2. As I suspected there was oil in the threads and the electrode on #2 cylinder was dark black from burnt oil. I continued to check the compression on all cylinder; #1 was 180 psi, #2 was 165 psi, #3 was 150 psi, and #4 was 150 psi. My guess is its either the head gasket or a piston ring. what do you guys think?
