I am lookin to see if anyone around Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania owns a 318ti that is under 140,000 and has a manual transmission they would be interested in selling! | | | 07-16-2008, 01:56 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Pittsburgh, Pa Posts: 107 | Teresi- good luck! i too am in pittsburgh and keeping an eye out. start expanding your search out east into philly, nj,etc, down into md maybe into va and over into OH or even MI. Craigslist usually has a few that pop up in those areas. don't be afraid to have to travel a bit to get what you really want. **** i went to texas to get my 72 2002! don't forget to hit the vintage grand prix this weekend. it's worth the time to enjoy it!! good luck dave | | | 07-16-2008, 02:20 PM | #4 | Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Little Rock Posts: 51 | You are definitely going to have to expand your search. I have gone to Canton, Oh and Philly to purchase Ti's. Also, Va seems to have the cleanest cars... good luck. Have you tried Craigshelper.com? | | | 07-16-2008, 05:50 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Gibsonia, Pennsylvania Posts: 107 | There's a small chance I may be selling my ti in Pittsburgh in the next couple months, if I can locate the right '95-'98 M3 to purchase. Mine is a '95 ti, flawless black leather and interior, manual trans, basically immaculate condition both inside and out. Alpine white exterior. 60,140 miles on the odometer. I'll keep you guys in mind. | | | 07-16-2008, 07:05 PM | #6 | Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: Pittsburgh Posts: 32 | haha crud. possibly south carolina at the furthest man lol. Texas is a hike and a half away! If I join the airforce that is where my boot camp is at haha. same with specialized training so I may just take some money over there wht me and see if they would let me purchase a car? Oh and that sounds awesome about that Alpine white ti. It is something to consider because it has that low of mileage! | | | 07-16-2008, 07:08 PM | #7 | Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: Pittsburgh Posts: 32 | Quote: Originally Posted by tybate You are definitely going to have to expand your search. I gotta wait to get something out of my system... But after that I will probaly search around for a car. Like I said if I found one in a different state along the east coast I would probaly take a plane to go pick it up. I will be interested in that car if you are willing to sell it though. I like the sport editions and such as well. | | | 07-17-2008, 01:54 AM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Orange County, NY Posts: 1,067 | | | | 07-17-2008, 02:56 AM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: back in PA Posts: 204 | IMHO, if you're joining the Military soon, I'd wait on buying a car. After Basic, who know's were you'll get stationed. If it's overseas, you're stuck storing the car or letting someone else drive it. Bought a '97 M3 last night, so my '95 ti (60,000 miles -- mint) will be going up for sale in Pittsburgh in the next couple weeks. I'll post it here first. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
