Default Feeler 99 m50 swaped ti F/S Ohio

i figuer i would post it up here first as a feeler

i can post pics if anyone would like to see them but there are a few on the site also..

1999 318ti
113k on the body
200k on the M50 engine swap.

Car is on of i think 600 made in 1999
the 99s came with the sport package and the 3 spoke steering wheel.

mods on the car..
TMC chip
apexcone headlights
jk auto springs
balo front and rear rotors
green stuff front pads
pbr rear pads

The car runs strong. i have had a few problems after the swap and i wont lie about that.
mainly with a bogging problem. But after a few hundred bucks and no luck bluebimma and i
figured out there was a bad main ground. $8.00 fix. Anyways the car runs good and pulls very
strong. Im looking to get 8,500 OBO
It would be a great car for someone not looking to swap an engine into a ti but would like more power then the m44..

ether way its a sweet car.

8,500 OBO
thanks
dustin

based on the info you provided and that only It sounds like you might be asking for too much. Its an M50 swap with 200,000 miles. Had that been a S50 instead the price would have been almost dead on.

Isn't the M50 OBD-I or is it just a 2.5?

If so that might make it difficult to sell in a market where there is emissions testing. What happens when they connect the tester to the OBD-II port?

thats cool thanks for the info..... It is a 99 that i paid almost what im ask for less than a year ago and i swaped a engine in it that yes has a lot of miles but still runs great. With regular maintenance it will run forever. thats not including the extra money i put into it. Im not even asking for what i ended up putting into the car also have a OBO on the price.
If your not looking to buy a car dont post.

yes obd1. thank you for bringing that up. I live in an area of ohio that has no emisions. But you have a good point.

Haha I am looking for a car. definitely not this one though. (emmissions) It is a feeler thread correct? so I was telling you how I feel about your price. Even after you were being snobby I'm going to wish you good luck with your sale.

Well thank you and yes it is a feeler thread. Im not trying to be snobby im just trying to be real. I bought the car less then a year ago put mods on the car and a (old engine) but good engine in the car. That being said im only "asking" 1k over what i paid and i have more then 2k in parts on the car. But as i keep saying OBO
Im sorry if i came off snobby. if you wanna talk prices on a car pm me, not post it in the thread that im way off on my price. Because im not way off on my price. Maybe if it was a 96 base with a swap then yeah im asking to much but for the price i paid then labor i think its a good deal.
emmissions are a big factor on the sale that i totaly forgot about so if you live in an area with testings this would not be the car for you!

I paid $800 over KBB for my car in 2000 and it needed tires and exhaust.
I think I had 60K-80K miles. YMMV.

Is this the black Ti I see sometimes on the Anthony Wayne Trail? I never realized it had a motor swap.

I haven't really been driving my Ti as much, though the reason is a bit . . . odd.

I want to see how many more miles I can put on the truck before catastrophic failure. Motor has never been cracked open and it has over 200k on it. . .

If it has yellow headlights and fog lights, then yes.
