I just received my invoice for the rest of the order, it was shipped out today and will take 1 week to arrive to NY from CA.

They have been honest with me through out, they told me what orders they were working on and were on the money saying my order should be processed by the end of this week. So far Ive had a great experience with them.

I was going to call and cancel my order today as soon as I got out of class. When I got home I checked my email and they finally shipped my order. Should be here tomorrow, but this will probably be my last purchase through DDM. I posted on BF.c a couple of days ago and pretty much got slammed by a bunch of DDM ass kissers. Screw them, if they like DDM so much, let them deal with the poor service.

I didn't bother reading the entire thread. Most of them were just full of BS on how good DDM is. So im probably gonna get some sh!t too. But i dont care what bfc members think of me. All i know is that after this order im probably not gonna order nothing else.

just got off the phone with them... after calling the first time and having it ring 100 times, then hung up and tried again and someone answered.

I was talkin to them on Friday, they said my order would ship either then, or Monday AM... just called them and got some foreign lady who spoke horrible engRish and she said my order would ship out tonight. Keep harassing them and something might get accomplished.

the corner lights arrived today, a day earlier then the shipping estimate. The rest of my order should be here Thursday or Friday.

Sounds like you spoke with the owner/manager's (Jim) wife. He's mentioned over on bf.c that she's Asian and her English isn't that great. Hate to say it but if I called and she picked up, I'd ask to speak to Paul, Marcus, Jim, or someone else.

Oh, and Dave, you might call and see if they'll ship the mirrors and lights separately for no extra charge. They shipped my bumper separately from my lights (I asked them to ship the bumper ASAP so I could take it to the repair shop) and they did for no extra cost.
