Does anyone know for sure if the stock head unit in the 95 TI has RCA outputs? | | | 05-29-2006, 02:06 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: London Posts: 120 | It wont. Even the uprated speaker package runs off high level outputs ( ie already amped connections that would usually go direct to the speakers ). Infact I dont know of any OEM headunits that have pre outs on them. | | | 06-01-2006, 03:15 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Puerto Rico Posts: 885 | no have rca output, but you use a BTL is a piece to convert the output speaker channel to RCA __________________ BMW...MY NEW TOY Mods: Some plastic parts, ///M Wheels and me | | | 06-02-2006, 02:00 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: London Posts: 120 | Or just buy an amp that accepts 'high level inputs'. | | | 06-03-2006, 03:00 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Virginia Posts: 368 | ...or just change the crappy head unit for a decent aftermarket and you'll be amazed how much better it sounds even before you add an amp. | | | 06-04-2006, 12:32 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: London Posts: 120 | Agreed Phil. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
