Default I found wheel heaven!

Some may have seen a pic on my Instagram already, but when browsing my mobile albums I thought that these are too good not to be shared.
So here's the story...
My husband and I went to a private seller's warehouse some days ago. He had an active listing on german ebay-classifieds saying "several wheels for sale, faces and barrels, mostly OZ but AMG also"
Because a friend was looking for some Breyton faces, we made an appointment and got there, and man... noone could have ever imagined what we were about to see...
The first room we entered was like a little office, not bigger than a small single garage, but he alrady had plenty of wheel sets hoarded there. From that room we passed another door - and entered wheel heaven on earth.

What you see here is the private collection of a former Mercedes - fan. In the late 80's he started collecting Mercedes and BMW wheels, he even bought entire collections off wheel dealers when closed their stores. This is one of 2 warehouses that he has. The other one is stuffed with AMG wheels only. In this pictured warehouse you see 3000+ sets of different wheels. 1/3 of his collection is sold already. It was crowded, messy and unorganized, but we even were able to find rare wheels as OZ Turbo or brand new 18" OZ Breyton faces...
It's been ~2 weeks now since we were there, but I'm still amazed when looking at the pics... and thought I'd share it with the community

That's about what it looked like when I picked up my rabbit. 50+ cars and my had to be in the farthest corner. To see a wheel version of this is unheard of. Crazy!
