Posts: 701 | I've used Kicker for years. They have a wide frequency range giving you excellent bass for the speaker size. A '95 ti with a standard stereo has 5 1/4" speakers in the kick panels, 1/2" tweeters in the doors and 4" plate speakers the rear. I replaced them all with 51/4" components front and rear. In the rear I constructed MDF plates to fit the bigger speakers. You'll need to upgrade your head unit (radio) or the speakers will not be effective.
