That looks pretty clean for a WI ti.
Bummer its an auto,
Check how it was lowered (looks a little excessive to me)
That front end looks a little chewed up too, look for damage underneath.
That said the asking price seems reasonable but I'd say closer to $2K.

Like was said above it does look a little too low and the front has seen better days but the PS would worry me. Given the issues it has Id value it around the $2k mark seeing as it appears to be free of major rust, so the asking price isn't unreasonable.

One could DIY the entire PS system (rack, pump, reservoir, hoses) for probably under $500. The automatic wouldn't be preferable to me but they are sorta nice for commuting and I've been in some automatic ti's that weren't slouches with some minor mods.

I'd be more concerned about how slammed it appears be, how it was actually lowered, and how the current/previous owners treated it on city streets being that low. The underside is definitely the first thing I'd check if I were looking at it. Mushroomed strut towers would be #2. If it's rust free and everything else is in order, not an unreasonable price.
