Unfortunately starters usually have to be in the most inconvenient location towards the back of the engine on the bottom. It's the nature of the beast, they gotta engage with the flywheel. Bummer about the motor, hope you get everything sorted out. Any plans on an upgrade? | | | 10-22-2010, 03:08 PM | #740 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Nashville, TN Posts: 699 | bought a set of ACS Drivers Collection badges for the Ti since I already have the knob and sent some cashola to Jess for an alternator since mine decided to crap out last night. __________________ Steffen, they are F's not V's. Inspection next week... Bt the way, unless you've had it done, you wouldn't believe the difference the new windshield makes. Sure the new wiper cowl makes the car look better, but the new windshield is wonderful! It wasn't cracked, but I had no idea how just how BAD the old one was! | | | 10-22-2010, 05:59 PM | #742 | Member Join Date: Sep 2010 Location: Philadelphia Posts: 55 | I should have mentioned... I HIGHLY recommend UNION AUTO GLASS if you live in Delaware, Maryland, southern New Jersey and southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. They use PPG windshields on 318ti's...TOP QUALITY. They do excellent work, and the price is right! http://www.unionautoglass.com/ 888-88-CRACK | | | 10-22-2010, 06:49 PM | #743 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: TN Posts: 216 | Quote: Originally Posted by cooljess76 Hahaha, yeah I know what you mean man. And he stated that one of his atriums has a hole in it.. (basically leaking oil all over the block) I told him that I would fix him right up and that he would be able to cool off as the ac pulley got f'd up.. He seemed happy about a 2.5 replacing the 1.8.. Then we talked about a remote start, headlight/fogs and a s50 next summer. Also stated he might have a step sister on the way.. __________________ for sale ~ '95 helrot.. You need counselling.
