I ordered the E36 M front bumper and E36 M side mirrors. They said the shipping calculator on the website for the M front bumper was inacurate and I had to pay an additional shipping charge. After I placed the order online on a weekend, I did not receive any notification, so I called them during the following week, got the "sorry, we're really backed up" spiel, then poof, a tracking email, then the parts a few days later...
