Default pics of suspension height

I'm about to upgrade the suspension on my car.
Trying to determine what type I currently have on my car.

does any one have pics of the ride height between std and m-tech, or sports suspension?

i've had a look, and the fronts have a BMW label on it. but not sure if it's the sports or std. thanks.
