Although I'm new to the ti.org site, I've been with my 325 & a few BMW sites for several years. I'm looking for a ti to add to the family & thought I'd join here to learn, as well as look for a car. Thanks for any info, now & later!
Welcome to the site! This site is a great resource when it comes to these cars and there are plenty of helpful people who dont say "use the search" at every question they know the answer to. Good luck on your search and keep us updated!
Thanks to all! I've bid on a couple on eBay, but honestly think the prices exceed the cars value mostly. I appreciate the help here, and can't wait to post ti pics.
runnr548... Here are a few things to keep in mind as you search for a car.
1) It could take a long time to find exactly what you want. The more specific your "want list" the longer it will take to find it. It took me almost exactly a year.
2) Willingness to travel will increase your odds of finding what you want. It's all about increasing your search radius. My car was in Atlanta.
3) Being active on this site, and letting us know what you want will help you find the car quicker. E.g., 96Cali spotted the Autotrader ad for my car and pointed me to it.
Good luck!!
