My bulbs someone pleeeeaasssseee tell me once an for all..is it HB3 for my main bulb and HB4 for my dipped head light?? | | | 01-16-2007, 05:08 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: Great White North! Posts: 701 | If they are standard headlights, they should be 9006(dipped) and 9005(main). If you want you can pm me the last seven number/digits of your serial number and I can verify to be sure. You have the last batch of right hand tis, so I may be wrong. Look at both bulbs side by side and you'll see what I'm talking about. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS SURFACE! That way they will still stay in the headlight and i only have to "adjust" the bulbs and not the headlamp itself so the oem bulbs will still fit if needs ever be? | | | 01-16-2007, 07:38 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: Great White North! If so, the answer is yes, but don't forget to look inside the where the factory harness plugs in to the bulb. You'll see that one bulb has one notch and the other two or something like that; I can't remember from the top of my head. I take it theres no difference on the actual bulb? no different output or angles of output? Put both bulbs side by side and compare the two. You will see the difference. Also the HID bulbs are the same; the only difference is they are rebased on the specific base. In your case a 9005 base.
