Just increases rigidity.... AND as an added bonus, protects that oil pan... judging how low you are, id look into one soon They came stock on LTW's and Convertibles, if im remembering that right. __________________ 11/97 Base 328Ti | | | 07-22-2008, 06:17 PM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: Denver, Co USA Posts: 99 | Oh... On the two front connections there should be two bolts on each side. I can't see the passenger side to see if you have two bolts there or not. If the nutserts are there, you just need the right sized bolt. If not nutsert, I would drop the bar, get two nutserts and bolts, and put the two bolts in. Not sure it is causing a problem, or will cause a problem, but it should have 6 bolts total. | | | 07-23-2008, 09:10 AM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Omaha, NE Posts: 737 | Quote: Originally Posted by mohaughn You are missing a bolt in that picture. I'm going to guess the nutserts aren't there either, as I can't imagine someone putting those in the frame but not putting the bolts in. I'll look into getting them. I know the parts aren't that much, I just don't have much free time, plus it's summer and always hot out.
