Thanks,

I do have remote locking/alarm. I've only had it for a day so I haven't even checked for cruise control.

It also has the factory CD deck in trunk.

Whoops. I think I may have picked the wrong choice in the poll. I picked sport but I think I should have picked base. I have 15 inch tires and no cruise or sunroof. It has leather seats and automatic windows with dual airbags. But alas my recently acquired '98 318ti, refuses to start easily or run without quickly stalling out with its 230,000 miles under its belly. My fiancé and I love a good challenge, but this is getting a bit ridiculous. Aside from the engine problems, there are minor dents in the body and the radio is missing, this green machine is in really great shape otherwise.
I am grateful to have found a whole community dedicated to one of Germany's masterminded machines.

I bought this car for my 16 year old son. I think I enjoy driving it as much as he does. I found this forum while googling to find the "low side" to recharge the A/C...Thanks to you guys, took all of 5 minutes...

I just bought a "98 5speed in purple. I think it's a base model with sport seats, just feels like driving a kart, great balance and surprisingly comfortable.
Have just registered, looks like a great site.
