Default Wiring on LHD vs RHD

I have a 316i Compact from 2000, RHD (I'm in Ireland). I am fitting a OnBoard Computer as a retrofit and have all the bits. I also have the full instructions that's to previous posts on this site.

However, the instructions are for a LHD. On both the LHD and RHD, the wiring loom goes down the left side. There are clumps of electrical connections under both the Drivers and Passengers sides.

Does anyone know if any of this wiring is reversed from one to the other because when the instructions say that something is on the drivers side on a LHD, I don't know if it will be on the Passengers side on a RHD model ?

To maybe make things simpler, the instructions tell me to make various connections onto places in the "fan connector box", the locations being X1019, X188, X183, X182, X1182 and X1087. It also tells me to connect a wire to "Black 30 pin connector X13 in the front left footwell.

How would I know what X this and X that is ?
