Read through the induction forum, there are plenty of turbo build up threads...all with a similar end.

im a newb on this forum... i work at a local shop in san diego and really i tell all my customer that its your car so put on what ever you want whatever you like... it doesnt matter what everyone esle think... in the end its up to you to decide if it was all worth it... hope that helps... and yes im building a turbo kit using my old tdo4 from my wrx motor

sorry for thread jacking.... if my old subie motor would fit in the ti then im all for it... but the turbo will be rear mounted with the cold side i/c pipe will route through the stock air box possible run a blow through maf... dont know as for a intake manifold... everything is on the back burner for now... still finishing my bugeye

There was a guy on m42club.com that did a buildup using the OBX manifold on his m42 318is. He still had to make an adapter for it to clear the passenger-side motor mount as a bottom mount. Not sure if they're worth the money vs. the "revised" M50 cheapo manifold..

Default i found an inexpensive turbo header

the turbo header for the 6 cyl ($99 USD on ebay )can be cut to remove the two last tubes and then welded shut. itfits the m44 block perfectly. also i recommend the airesearch m11 turbo charger for z3 owners as this will fit your car without too much incident.

i also looked at this turbo ebay manifold.
can you post the thread of the one already bought on m42club.com . also ive tried dearching for them old turbo threads and i caint find anything.
