Default wicked project car sleeper...

ok so one of my friends has a 1981 fiat X1/9 Bertone, its a little mid-engine italian sports car that handles like a go-cart and weighs less than 2000lbs, anyway the little 1.5 liter doesnt run anymore and its just sitting on the side of his house just rusting away, so me and a buddy came up with a idea to buy the car and put in a different motor in it, the idea was inspired by a Geo Metro we had seen with a mitsubishi eclipse turbo motor in it. So we have done some research and have decided to buy the car and attempt to put a eclipse motor in it and make a wicked sleeper. what do you guys think about that idea?

So strip everything off the car it doesn't need to be legal, should drop
almost 200 lbs.
then install a 1200 CC Hyabusa Motor.

200HP and a sequential gearbox.... Yessss.
