couple things ...
the ti only has one cat. did you bring the car up to temp by driving it around for a half hour or so before getting it tested? are you getting any error codes (check engine light at any point)?

Yeah I got the cat real hot...45 min driving to the station and 5min @ 4000 rpm right before the test...but still failed...pretty sure its the cat. | | | | |
