$300 for a dual mass and clutch kit is also very reasonable if they only have 7000 miles. I would jump on it if I needed a clutch. The cheapest you can find this stuff is triple that much. You could alternatively switch to a Valeo single mass for around $550 for a kit.

Do you know if the flywheel will fit a 95 M42?

It should fit fine, but I would cross reference with realoem just to make sure. Responded to your email as well.

I'm not trying to kill a sale, but a thermostat (especially the M44 with the plastic housing) is another one of those parts that is not wise to reuse once it's been previously installed.

Default Question about your flywheel and clutch

You mentioned that the clutch, TO and flywheel were replaced 7000 miles ago. Is the new flywheel a dual mass? Clutch plate, pressure plate and TO are Sachs?
$300. Shipping included?

Totally agree and no problem, just thought someone might want them for cheap just in case.

Engine is still in the car, but I'm gonna try and pull it this weekend. Is it a 2-piece design like the E30 M42? If its in good shape then hows $75 shipped sound?

Dunno about the m42, afaik it's just the pan and the gasket beneath the block. Price sounds good - just lemme know when.
