Default Alternator

Hey Guys!

I am in the need of an alternator. I would prefer one as new as possible, but unfortunately my budget doesn't call for one for 300 dollars new. Anyone done a swap and have a good spare one lying around?

Let me know what you got!

I bought mine from Eagle Auto Electric on ebay. 100 bucks and the guy gave me 40 bucks for two dead alternators as he refurbishes them, so $60 out the door. I picked it up in Northridge CA, the guy was really cool.

Just pulled a M44 for my M3 engine swap so I have the entire engine sitting at home.

$40.00 plus shipping sound about right? Let me know I can ship it Monday since I'm off work (love bank holidays....)

Sorry for the delay, I've been out of town and under the 332ti all week.

The engine had 15Xk on it when it was pulled. The engine was blown when I bought the car, so I have no idea if its parts are any good, hence the cheap price. The car was fully functional before the engine went, so I assume the alternator was ok.

Let me know what you think, I can ship it out anytime.
