Oh by the way anybody seen my hair? I miss the days when the only thing you had to worry about was Herpes! | I did something really stupid about a month ago. I threw a couch, now every time I turn my head to the left, my right arm goes numb. After a few weeks it wasn't getting better, so I decided to play disc golf and maybe try to stretch it out. I wake up feeling like a Zombie every morning. The aches and pains come and go...I require 2-3 cups of coffee just to get the cob webs cleared. That goes for Saturday And Sunday mornings as well. I sleep in those days until at least 7:00am. So I don't get it. __________________ Sean 1995 Active | | | 04-25-2012, 02:15 PM | #244 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Chicago Posts: 172 | Yeah I have done that neck thing before that sucks...takes awhile...yeah never sleep past 7am... I'm not I'm using P90X to feel better about getting older (along with things like the Horribly Hilly Hundred and Triple Bypass century+ bike rides). __________________ 1996 318ti, California package, 267k miles current mods: bilstein sports, bavauto springs, e30 m3 LCABs, solid metal ball joints, bavauto RSMs w/reinforcements, e30 3.73 LSD & halfshafts, supersprint cat-back exhaust, turner rear sway bar reinforcements, IE poly subframe & RTABs + camber/toe kits, powdercoated e36 32x front calipers, sport mirrors, H&R 28mmF/19mmR sway bars, x-brace, auto solutions SSK w/poly bushing upgrade, BMW CD43 head unit, DICE HD Radio w/iPod integration and "stealth" HD antenna, staggered style 68s, orange electronic TPMS, leather arm rest, JT Designs metal undertray acquired and awaiting install: heated seat kit, cali top switch relo, lumbar support kit, park distance control kit, heated washer nozzle kit, m-coupe rear subframe, trailing arms, differential, and halfshafts, m-coupe front/rear brakes with master cylinder, under hood light kit, mud flaps, rear sun blind, auto-dimming rear view mirror, tilt steering wheel retrofit, apexcone 5000K HIDs with 55W ballasts 2002 X5 4.4 Sport Package, 53.5k miles Current Mods: e46 m3 steering wheel | | | 04-25-2012, 07:14 PM | #250 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2011 Location: Lighthouse Point, FL Posts: 124 | Quickies haven't changed...HAH! My other quickie system was demolished @ 61 with my first cancer treatments! I am a little p.o.'d that noboby warned me that the radiation was gonna' nutter me to the extent it did but I guess the alternative is I'm still hanging on! Besides, I've already sown my oats, plenty...you learn to live with changes in your life. I figured that after 50, you're "out of warranty" and best be prepared for the changes coming! I'm still a car nut, my BMWCCA # is 1661 and I still love older BMW's. Lots of things are good in life and I have a great family ! Gotta' go-putting a bunch of Schnitzer stuff on the 328 this week. And Grandpa, no problem-it takes more than that to rattle me-gotta' respsect my elders! Keep those photos coming on that new toy of yours! | | | 04-25-2012, 07:38 PM | #251 | aka Stabby Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Mead, CO Posts: 5,336 | Yes, I would say still being around to enjoy life and family time, etc is more important. I don't think you even have to wait until 50 to be out of warranty, nothing is guaranteed! Glad you're still here and in our little ti club __________________ 1996 318ti, California package, 267k miles current mods: bilstein sports, bavauto springs, e30 m3 LCABs, solid metal ball joints, bavauto RSMs w/reinforcements, e30 3.73 LSD & halfshafts, supersprint cat-back exhaust, turner rear sway bar reinforcements, IE poly subframe & RTABs + camber/toe kits, powdercoated e36 32x front calipers, sport mirrors, H&R 28mmF/19mmR sway bars, x-brace, auto solutions SSK w/poly bushing upgrade, BMW CD43 head unit, DICE HD Radio w/iPod integration and "stealth" HD antenna, staggered style 68s, orange electronic TPMS, leather arm rest, JT Designs metal undertray acquired and awaiting install: heated seat kit, cali top switch relo, lumbar support kit, park distance control kit, heated washer nozzle kit, m-coupe rear subframe, trailing arms, differential, and halfshafts, m-coupe front/rear brakes with master cylinder, under hood light kit, mud flaps, rear sun blind, auto-dimming rear view mirror, tilt steering wheel retrofit, apexcone 5000K HIDs with 55W ballasts 2002 X5 4.4 Sport Package, 53.5k miles Current Mods: e46 m3 steering wheel | | | 07-02-2012, 11:16 AM | #252 | Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2012 Location: Berkshire UK Posts: 27 | 26 Old and Creaking | | | 09-05-2012, 11:41 AM | #253 | Member Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: North London ENGLAND Posts: 57 | 54 and still trying to do stuff what I was doing at 18 LoL | | | 09-29-2012, 07:44 PM | #254 | Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2012 Location: Romania Posts: 21 | 28 | | | 03-24-2013, 03:52 PM | #255 | Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2013 Location: Waterbury, CT Posts: 5 | 34 | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
