Default forgot something after installing chip

hi guys, love the forum
last friday I installed in my 95 a chip from k&s
now, i had no problem installing it, the car started right away
but I just read that I should have let it run half an hour
and then the first 50 miles I shouldn't go over 3000 rpm
well I did none of that if you know what I mean
now my question is: will this harm my car in anyway?

regards and tnx for all the help I get
