Funny to see that Violet leather interior was an option for here in the US that year... Have never seen anyone with that color here, wonder how many were actually imported... __________________ James 95 active w/leather interior and sport interior conversion, Vaders, full M-Tech exterior conversion. Most German car manufacturers design/produce/print their U.S. brochure in Germany so they can control uniform corporate branding. So alot of the car pictures may depict colors or equipment levels not imported into the states. Typically somewhere in the brochure in very small type is a disclaimer stating something to this point. | | | 11-05-2011, 09:25 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2011 Location: Lancaster, PA Posts: 295 | Quote: Originally Posted by tiFreak no problem, I figured no one else can enjoy it if it's gathering dust on my shelf I've seen the violet interior a couple times, that and the full red sport seats both seem to be extremely rare | I bought mine and it has the sport red but its pretty torn up from the first owner | | | 11-09-2011, 03:44 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: Wichita Falls, Texas Posts: 1,364 | Thanks a lot for sharing these images. If someone saved a 1998 'ti brochure, I have its German and Swedish counterparts we can compare it to.
