Default How To - Install Alarm Transmitter Chips

I just ordered an Alarm Transmitter Chip Set from bavauto. I know Im going to need it becuase the last remote I had was just lost. Im also ordering two remotes from someone on eBay. I'm guessing the chips go in the remotes and in the alarm brain, but how do I get at the brain? Does anyone know where the alarm brain is, how to get to it, and where the chips are located on the brain?

My factory alpine alarm module is located above the passenger side foot well.
