Whats up everybody, im a new guy here, hope to deff gather & share lots of info.... I just recently purchased a 95ti that was a trade in at my job aka "project car"- ive done the mechanical repairs that it needed, and now im going to start with wheels and tires. My question is would you guys happen to know if the 645li 19" wheels will fit? I know same bolt pattern, just concerned about the 9" width of the wheels, especially in the front? Please no smart answers, just need honest answer asap, gonna bid on some today if there ok. The tire needed to get the wheels under fenders will be extremely thin and will bend the rims easily __________________ 1995 Hellrot Clubsport 318ti -Gone 1996 Schwartz II Sport 357ti - 5.7L V8 LS1/6 1997 Moregrun Metallic 318ti - Gone 1998 Schwartz II sport 318ti - M50TUB25/5 | | | 07-29-2010, 04:31 PM | #4 | Member Join Date: Jul 2010 Location: Manchester,Ct Posts: 55 | 19's Thanks guys, and thanks for the welcome- I did tryn searching in the forums, and could not find any info on 19's, but I have found some other wheels on ebay which are the same ones that the "Dr." has on his black 318ti in the gallery page 7... Ill eventually put some pics up once I figure out how lol... If there is anymore info, I could use it, I REALLY want those 645 wheels, but I need to make up my mind within the next hour | | | 07-29-2010, 04:35 PM | #5 | Member Join Date: Jul 2010 Location: Manchester,Ct Posts: 55 | Thanks for the welcome and the info, I did find some oem wheels which are the same as the "Dr's" black ti in the gallery page 7 i believe, i may order those today, I just really want those 19's to work, what about if i did a major stretch and the tire with like a 35 series tire? | | | 07-29-2010, 06:40 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: Los Angeles, CA Posts: 1,464 | I have Style 67's (18" E46 M3) wheels on my ti and the stock rears (9" wide) are too wide without rolling the fenders. Some people on the forum run the front wheels (8" wide) on both front and rear of the ti, but personally I think that 18" is just a little big for our cars. My car has stock suspension and I think it sits way too high with the Style 67's. Although, I'm more about function than form. I have seen some 18" on ti's that look decent, however. I have a set of DS I's that I'm preparing to install (17" dia., 7.5" width) so they will tuck correctly and I can finally put my H&R springs on and drop the car an inch or so. | | | 08-05-2010, 12:35 PM | #7 | Member Join Date: Jul 2010 Location: Manchester,Ct Posts: 55 | 19" Hey, I knew they wouldnt fit, I just really wanted to find a way to make em......!
