Default Shock question

I am including a link to a local add for some shocks...says they are off a 5 series...would I be a dolt to assume they will not work on my 95 318Ti?

http://edmonton.kijiji.ca/c-cars-veh...AdIdZ495544397

I sent him an email asking for the part number and he sent me this if it helps.

The label prints:
SACHS 81 4903 557 168
33.52 - 1 093 646
H3461.
Made in Germany
