I'm also having PPP issue after jump start. Please help does it have to go back to the dealer? Or is there a trick to get it to come back to life?

Did you try,, Pull it out unplug it and let it sit then put it back in...

I can not count the number of BMW cars I've heard of being damaged by jump starting...

No I have not tried that. Bummer if jumping the car damaged it. Seems like a simple thing that happens at some point in car ownership. I hope I did not damage the obc.

Is there a trick to getting the OBC out? I have it loose but I can't seem to get the wires off the back of it. I don't want to force it too much.

Thanks

The connector fits tight, and as I recall has a itty bitty tab that you pull to release the connector. Been a while since I looked at it...
