The soundtrack to the movie Mishima by the composer Phillip Glass as well as E.S. Posthumus are great songs to drive by

I'll drive to almost anything by Rolling Stones.
So Moby is good for long trips, keeps me thinking.

I would offer everyone to checkout some tunes from Nujabes (Jun Seba). Though he past a bit over a year ago by an unfortunate car accident, he's a japanese hip-hop producer and DJ whose been producing some of the more finer instrumentals in his genre. The samples he takes mixed with his imaginative talent is clearly shown through what he produces (in my opinion). So give him a listen and we can maybe see how beautiful Jun saw the world. I Usually mellow to him when I'm coming home from work late in the morning. Just Perfect.

This one always brings me back to high speed cruise through the French countryside between Confolens and Limoges. At the time I'd borrowed my brother's badly-abused E34 525i and was trying to make Limoges before nightfall - none of the damn lights worked!

Some songs were just never meant for CD's or digital music devices. There's a classic sound that only comes from cheap speakers like the ones found in old Chevys and Cadillacs.

This song is sure to get you pulled over:
