Make sure you take the window out and follow all of Jess's instructions. It is much easier to reach in and straighten things out with the window out, especially if you have big hands. I tried to short cut it the first time and it fell out again. also use new clips everytime and make sure they are in all the way. I used channel lock to make sure the balls on the end of the regulator arms were popped all the way in. Just be careful not to overdo it and break something. Don't put it all back together until you have fully tested it. Window up down multiple times and slam tests. After doing the whole thing a second time my window has been good for several months now. Knock on wood. If the window falls out while testing check the clips again. This broke one of my brand new ones and had to be replaced again. They are cheap so get extra's. Basically everything has to be right, clips, regulator arms and angle, track position, track liner, etc. Good luck, you can do it if I can. |
