Picked up a 95 318ti (and boy am i happy)
but shop says it needs new front pads and rotors.
So i figured this would be the best time to upgrade to 325 brakes right?
So to upgrade i need 325/328 callipers, 325/328 carriers, 325/328 pads and 325/328 rotors right?

All E36 brake pads are the same size except for the M3, M Coupe, M Roaster.
Also flush out our brake fluid.
You might want to consider the E46 3xx brake upgrade but honestly, stock E36 vented rotors are fine. Plus you have more options when it comes to wheels. __________________ ...steven

pass on the e46 brakes because i have stock rims right now  hrmm is this going to be pricey? and can i get new/rebulit calipers from a parts dealer? __________________
