Default im wondering

someone put an add on craighslist down here in new orleans to put an 80cc motor on normal bicycles.
i sent him a message asking if he could do one on my old bmx bike.
anyone know if this has been done before?
hes charging 300$ base if you include a bike, and i think thats a little too expensive because i could probably do it myself.
just wondering if anyones ever heard of one done before.
