Exclamation Door Panel

The driver's side interior door panel and handle are coming loose. The handle pops out of the door panel, exposing the wires, every once in a while if I pull the door shut too fast. Can anyone help me in fixing this problem? I would greatly appreciate it.

The handle is secured by 2 screws right to the door.
Our panels do have issues that they become loose.

What should I do? Do I need to replace the screws?

It sounds like they are missing or stripped.
Be careful with the length of the screws you use.
Too long and it will interfere with the window regulator.
