Default hello from ireland

joined the site a couple of nights ago... like it a lot....


anyway i live in ireland and i own a 1999 318iS coupe...

its basically a coupe e36 with the m44 in it....

it has a full mtec kit on in with the m suspension and i put the e46 m3 wheels on it a few months ago...

i have big plans for it and the big one is a DASC in july hopefully...


i'll have pictures 2moro....

as promised a lil pic of the car....

i dont like how high it is now.... plus i will be looking to sell the wheels soon and get some lighweight 17s..... just strapped for cash at the moment....



is it true the coupes were only sold with 6 cylinder engines in the US ?

We had both 4 (318is) and 6 cylinder coupes (323is,325is and 328is) in NA,

not bad for NA... how much did the hartge conversion kit cost ? or did you buy the car with it on ? are the kits still available and how much would you know?

I bought the car with the engine conversion.

I don't think they still do the conversion but try contacting Hartge directly.

Cool. I guess it was a 316i coupe once upon a time, although you never know with the price of fuel these days.

Did they also convert the rear brakes?
