Default New pics with new mods...

Hey guys and gals,

About a month ago, I purchased some BavAuto Springs from a member... Thanks Dave

Last week I took advantage of Bav Auto's great sale on Bilstein Sport Shocks and struts, I also got some new RSM's from the local parts store (after busting one of mine).

In the long process of installing my new suspension components, I found out that both front and rear springs on my drivers side were broken (this explains why my car has been leaning towars that side ever since i got it)

The car feels and drives great after these mods... i recommend to everyone !
Now for some pics :

Broken front and rusted spring and old worn out strut

Front setup

Rear setup... I had to re-use the rubber shock protector.... I thought new ones came with the shocks

In the garage after the install

Nice pic with the world's biggest lobster in my town

You said you got the shocks and struts on sale, how much did they run you? I've been looking at lowering my car for a while, but most shocks I find are rather pricey.

You can get the Bilstein combo things on eBay cheaper than separate components.

Bilstein Sports are currently on sale at Bavauto.com and I think it's free shipping for you guys in the US...

That's odd. In the US, we have shock tubes (just a plastic shroud) in the rear instead of a rubber boot.
