Default Port and Polish

I'm thinking of doing it to the RT318ti.

I've got a few questions and was wondering, how many people here have done it?

Was the engine NA or FI?

What were the gains? (before and after)

and was it the M42 or the M44 head?

Thanks in advance

I am also considering doing this, the exhaust side on the m44 head looks like it could be opened up quite a bit.
