It's sad that I see cars and trucks like this everyday. Cut springs, blow off valves, chrome...sigh

Lowering kits aren't that bad. But some people over do it. A crap load of Hispanics love to lower their chevy's 1 inch from the ground. I look at them and ask them,"What would you do if your car had to get towed?" Of course, they get very pissed :P

lol good find. i dont even know why someone would do that. The point of a truck is to tow and haul stuff

We're not talking about a "lowering kit" here, this is where you take the spring and physically cut it to make it shorter. Kits are fine because they are usually matched to the car and hopefully come with special dampers.
