install E46 seats in TI

I was wondering if anyone knew if front e46 seats will bolt into a Ti?

I think you can put any seat in with some work....but i dont think itll bolt right in. Other e36 seat on the other hand will.

Has anyone installed E46 seats in a TI? I did a search but came up with little info. I'm sure the E46 back seat wont fit at all, but the old seats could be recovered to match the E46 fronts (assuming they fit). It sounds like there are some issues with airbag sensing equipment, seat belt tensioner etc associated with a seat swap - as well as ?????????
Any comments would be appreciated.

I would suggest sticking with E36 seats for direct bolt on fitment. Get some nice leather seat from ti or 3 series/M3 Vaders and it will compliment the ti interior. There is a reason why E46 part doesn't fit the E36 too much.
