Question HELP 318i conversion to a 95 m3 3.0l obd1

hey, i am concidering converting my stock 1.8l from my 1993 318i sedan(5speed manual) to a 1995 m3 3.0L OBD1 and i am wondering what i will need to complete this project. Will this work or are their any better solutions other than puting performance parts on my 4banger? If this can be done what parts must be purchase other than the engine and the ECU? Will Eibach lowering sprigs be sufficeint to support the new weight of the engine? Will i need a new tranny or diff? What drivetrain parts need 2 be replaced with better performance parts?
thank you
Kevin

Thumbs up

I did a swap in my ti and offer a swap manual that will answer many, if not all your questions. Please e-mail me at jim.leach@sulzer.com if interested.

Thanks,

J!m
