I have a question, I'm thinking about my project: "318ti-Turbo"
my question is if the intercooler does not hit with radiator fan?

It's just putting the intercooler?

the intercooler goes in front of the radiator so is not close to the fan

i just bought this baby, HKS SSQV blow off valve, limited edition should be in my hands in 2 - 4 days, cant wait.
also buying the turbo manifold and down pipe next pay check

Think I'm changing that clutch in the next 3 weeks so I will send you the 4 puck when I pull it out. It's good for 305 ft/lbs. torque with a Spec pressure plate which has stronger springs then a stock plate. The puck alone will most likely not be enough at @ 15psi not even with the spec pressure plate

not in a hurry cuz im not installing it anytime soon so yeah and thanks again for that, and i think on my setup would work perfect cuz im gonna boost 14psi tops and only for the races and stuff so im pretty sure is gonna hold up good in my car

wow. i like hearing progress on this build. all the parts are looking good.
makes me want to start collecting parts for a turbo on my ti now. But i'd do low boost only though, like 12psi max. Keep it up.

Check list: S52 swap, manual transmission swap, 3.25 LSD with M Coupe diff cover, SuperSprint muffler, M3 style mirrors, AFE intake, ASC delete, M50 Manifold swap, UUC strut bar, ZHP lighted knob, Vaders, M-tech interior, OEM armrest, AC Schintzer front lip, AC Schnitzer rear spoiler, Roof spoiler, 18'' rims, M3 front drilled brakes, LED interior lights, 3 spoke Euro style steering wheel, OEM roof spoiler and bike holder, Thule fairing, Euro tail lights, oil pressure guage, carbon fiber hood painted to original paint (still showing CF weaving), what's next to do...?

a little update,

got some new parts in, HKS blow off valve, the pipe with the flange for the blow off and UUC race engine mounts (to keep up with the INSANE power lol jk jk) i needed engine mounts so why not, plus i already have the same race tranny mounts so they would match

removing some more weight from upfront, deleted the whole sound system, remove some insulation and some random plastic stuff etc etc etc
